The Rotobrush Cleaning Process is as Simple as 1-2-3
Air Duct Cleaning (as mentioned above)  The Rotobrush cleaning process is based on brushing and vacuuming directly at the source of the contaminant, similar to contact cleaning by hand. Dirt is brushed loose from the air duct and as the debris becomes airborne, the Rotobrush immediately pulls it into the vacuum nozzle and hose. This effective action eliminates the need for a central collection unit at the plenum and means the debris does not have to be transported through the entire HVAC system. 1 - Our technicians clean the air ducts with the Rotobrush - Remove and clean the register covers. - Start Rotobrushing the air ducts by cleaning the farthest air duct away from the air handler, then we work the way back towards the air handler, cleaning the remaining air ducts.This allows overlap between air ducts to ensure complete cleaning.  2 - We clean the air handler - Using the Rotobrush shop/vacuum package to topically clean the air handler. An example HVAC system is shown above. When we clean a system, we sequentially clean start from the airduct farthest from the air handler, and work back toward the air handler. The numbers represent the order of cleaning the runs. The reversible brush rotation allows our technician to "steer" the brush around corners and direct the brush up or down the duct. The same directional controls allow them to clean all inner walls of a wide rectangular duct.
